Founder & President
Karl grew up in the landscape trade — his father and uncle ran Pacheco Brothers before he was born, and he's spent his whole life in the business. He founded Pacheco Landscape Management to serve the East Bay's public agencies, HOAs and commercial properties with a simpler promise: show up, communicate, and treat every property like it's your own. A Castro Valley local and a relationship-first operator, Karl is personally involved in the work and reachable when it counts.
